8-Week In-Person Discovery Sessions

Comprehensive 8-week In-person Nonviolent Communication Practice Sessions

NEXT SESSION STARTING SEPTEMBER 19, 2024 - See dates/times below

The 8-Week In-Person Discovery Practice Sessions takes us from the very beginning concepts of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) to a deeper understanding of the purpose, meaning and implications NVC has in our lives and in the world.

The In-Person Discovery Sessions consists of 8 weekly group practice gatherings (2.5 hours each) led by NYCNVC trainers, where you can develop your NVC skills through the use of exercises, role-plays and the sharing of your struggles and successes with others. Participants are offered a deeper understanding and experience of this new generation of communication skills.

Each session includes the overview of a topic, plus extensive time for practice. Participants also have the opportunity to connect and practice together throughout the duration of the program.
