Meet Amy Weaver
The Needs-Based Parenting practice is integral to my life as a parent, partner, and daughter. I make decisions and agreements that are better informed; I face challenges with more confidence; I experience greater partnership with family members. Even in my toughest moments - amidst the confusion and pain of what can feel like incessant demands on all my resources - I am aware of the impact of my actions and power of my choices. I have better boundaries, can shift my thinking more quickly, and own my mistakes in real-time. Truly a gift.
I want to offer these tools and my experience, as well as to connect participants to the support network that is critical in maintaining a successful practice. And I want to share in the laughter and lamentation of parenthood with you all.
I am also available for private mentoring sessions.
