Our cancellation procedure is designed to address the needs of our participants, training staff and partner organizations.

In the case of a participant cancellation, all monies will be refunded in full (less a $30 processing fee) up to 7 days in advance. If a participant cancels in less than 7 days from the start of the training, or if a participant does not show up, or if a participant leaves an event early, a credit in the amount of the tuition will be given, toward a future training, for up to one year.

For residential retreats, due to our agreement with our hosting organization, food and lodging fees are not refundable within the 7 day period prior to the training.
