For 1 person.  Click on the button to the left for online registration and payment.  Tuition for the course is $250 plus a $10 fee to register online with a credit card.  Total payment $260. 
For 2 people.  Click on the button to the left for online registration and payment.  Tuition for the course is $500 plus a $20 fee to register online with a credit card.  Total payment $520. 
For 3 people.  Click on the button to the left for online registration and payment.  Tuition for the course is $750 plus a $30 fee to register online with a credit card.  Total payment $780. 

For 4 people.  Click on the button to the left for online registration and payment.  Tuition for the course is $1000 plus a $40 fee to register online with a credit card.  Total payment $1040. 
 

 For 1 person for Tele-Seminar only. Click on the button to the left for online registration and payment.  Tuition for the phone seminar is $225 plus a $10 fee to register online with a credit card.  Total payment $235. 
 
 For 2 people for Tele-Seminar only. Click on the button to the left for online registration and payment.  Tuition for the phone seminar is $450 plus a $20 fee to register online with a credit card.  Total payment $470. 
Refund Policy
All monies will be refunded in full (less a $25 processing fee) if you cancel up to 1 day in advance. If you cancel less than a day from the start of the training , if you do not show up, or if you leave an event early for any reason, credits given are on a per case basis.
